What is Uliving?

Established in 2009, Uliving is a joint venture between Bouygues Development and Derwent Living.

Bouygues Development is the UK property arm of international services group Bouygues. Bouygues enjoy a global turnover of some £27+ billion and is present in over 80 countries worldwide.

Derwent Living is a UK-based group which combines leading residential and facilities management services. The organisation works closely with its customers to deliver different affordable housing options which include affordable housing to rent and buy, market rental properties for professionals and quality student accommodation and management services.

This unique blend of expertise with experience provides unrivalled financial strength. Uliving offers the residential and other soft skills necessary to deliver high quality and caring management services. Through its partners, it makes up the seventh largest provider of student accommodation in the UK with over 8,500 student rooms managed from offices in London, Nottingham, Sheffield and Birmingham.

Ongoing university partnerships span the country, from York and Sheffield in the North, Nottingham, Loughborough and Leicester in the Midlands to Essex and London in the South. Uliving has ambitious plans for growth with over 3,000 units currently in development.
